Train-up Day 16

Hit the gym @ 0530... ok, it was 0540, but I got there.

20 minutes on the stationary bike
Squats: 5 sets
Leg Extensions: 3 sets
Leg Curls: 3 sets
Calf Raises: 3 sets
Alt D'bell Curls: 3 sets

I guess I should start adding interesting stuff on this blog. I've kind of done the workout blog and nothing else lately. I'll start posting other things soon.

How about this for now?

Well you are right, your posts are getting mundane! Don't forget one basic tenet which is that your muscle group needs to rest 48 hours before being worked to exhaustion again. That will build the strength. Otherwise they will not recover from the last work out.
