Actual Training
| Well, it's Saturday morning and I have to go do some SERE training. I should have the rest of the weekend off after lunch. Yesterday I did some of PT. I did a 1/2 hour on the elliptical machine, played a little bit of basket ball (actually it was probably no more that 5 minutes. I really hate basketball and I suck at it, but I wanted to try to bond with my ETT buddies) and then lifted weights with Doc. I'm still hovering at 223 lbs. I'm eating too much in the DFAC. I've been trying to cut back... I'll just have to try harder. Oh, yeah, I received 4 new sets of ACUs yesterday. I put those in my "toughbox" for when I get over there. I used to wear a MR top and bottoms in BDUs, but I got fat, so I had to move up to the LR in the ACU. We had to go through a line and a DA civilian sized us. He said I was a LL top. I guess I have a long torso. The sleeves are too long, but the Velcro (excuse me, hook and pile fastener) will help keep my hands from disappearing. I finally bought Warcraft III. It's pretty fun and gives me something to do while I'm waiting for the next in-processing/training event. Till next time... Rock, Rock on! (Thanks for the Trogdor, MB). Getting squared away, sounds like. What else do you need for the PC? ;-)
