Train-up Day 16

Start Weight: 222 lbs
This morning: 218.4 lbs

Well, it's day 16 and I just got up, so I'll report on my PT from yesterday. I did hit the gym at lunchtime. Since my feet were hurting and my shoulder was hurting, I rode the stationary bike for 40 minutes while reading General Structures flashcards. After that I hit the squat rack and did 3 sets.
