post a commentI like what Neil is supporting, but I do not believe the tax needs to be 23%. States will want their share. Stick with a 10%. After all, why should they get more than God?
Are you aware when they were making the XVI Amendment to tax people feared making the ceiling 4%, because they knew the Congress would find ways to raise taxes that high! They never, in their wildest nightmares, thought taxes would this out of control. :)
