Tough 10K
Today I did the US 10K Classic. It's a tough one but it was cloudy with a nice breeze. I improved my time by about 4 minutes from last year. I did it in 1:03:47. Not a fast time for a 10K, but this one is a killer. I have knocked a few minutes off every time I've run it. I'm hoping to break an hour next year. If I coald get into the low 50's on this course, I would be pleased.
![]() On the weight and food consumption front... I ate quite a bit over the last couple of days. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. Today so far I have had: - 2 cups of coffee - 100 calories (you know... the H&H) - 2 - 12 oz cans of Coke C2 - 140 calories (free at the finishline) - protein shake at home - 250 calories I'll check in again later with some PU and SU stuff... maybe. |
