I went to the gym after work. I worked my back and shoulders and neck. Then I ran 3 miles with my buddy Steve. I also did 50 standard army situps before bed... er, I mean couch. I want my bedroom back! This Morning Weight: 198.6 - 100 crunches - 100 pushups Protein Smoothie for breakfast 430 calories and 65 grams of protein. The contractor just called. He says he'll be here today. |

remember james that if you put on muscle thru all those crunches you won't lose weight...muscle is heavier than fat :-)
