PT PT PT PT PT PT

Yesterday
I went to the gym after work. I worked my back and shoulders and neck. Then I ran 3 miles with my buddy Steve. I also did 50 standard army situps before bed... er, I mean couch. I want my bedroom back!

This Morning
Weight: 198.6
- 100 crunches
- 100 pushups

Protein Smoothie for breakfast 430 calories and 65 grams of protein.

The contractor just called. He says he'll be here today.

remember james that if you put on muscle thru all those crunches you won't lose weight...muscle is heavier than fat :-)
