Great news (that no one else will really appreciate)

I have been representing a client at an Army Post that had been awarded a government contract. The loser in the contract bidding process filed a meritless protest that basically amounted to blackmail and bribery and threatened to cost the government and therefore the taxpayers a significant amount of money in legal expenses. Well, we were not about to sit around and let our little client take this one in the rear from their big corporate rival, and I am proud to say that once the other company received notice of the team of legal and material witnesses prepared to testify against them, they withdrew their protest a few minutes ago! I have to admit, I was kind of looking forward to testifying in front of the GAO and getting my two cents on the record, but regardless, this is truly a happy day. M
